David Milligan
David has an extensive background in innovation, strategy & emerging technologies. He is specialist in understanding how to leverage these methodologies for business impact. David’s key perspective is "bringing new ideas to the discipline of the market" – a marker of true innovation.
David co-founded and led Matchi to acquisition by KPMG International in 2017. By the time of his successful exit, David had grown KPMG Matchi to work with over 130 financial institutions around the world, in 35 countries, and built a platform that covered over 6,000 fintech firms globally.
Before this, David headed multiple innovation and new ventures business units in banking for over 10 years. Key areas of responsibilities include the launch of new-to-market technology and new lines of business for major financial services groups.
His grounding began as a senior strategy consultant with Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte).

Avinash Singh
Avinash Singh is a global banking professional with over 20 years of experience in multi-national, systemically significant financial institutions. He has led business units and teams in Retail, Private, Business, and Corporate Banking to achieve customer, financial growth, and risk-adjusted return targets.
Avinash has developed the strategy for various areas of the bank and led large-scale transformation initiatives. These have included implementing new operating models, first-to-market product propositions, and enterprise-wide regulatory changes.
As a risk and compliance specialist, he developed and implemented frameworks, strengthened committee oversight, and implemented an innovative approach to compliance training programs. He has built open and transparent relationships with regulators across multiple jurisdictions. He led the process of securing licenses in strategically essential markets .
Avinash has chaired a number of subsidiary bank boards and participated on a banking association board, helping it further its industry policy and advocacy priorities.

Graham Seel
Graham Seel is a banking and technology consultant with extensive experience and knowledge across all sectors of commercial banking. Over a 40 year career, he has served in management and executive roles in several large and small financial services entities. He has also consulted with banks, Fintech companies and global NGOs, on development and implementation of innovative banking products. His areas of particular expertise include international banking, cash management and payments, commercial credit, risk management, and technology management.
Graham is actively involved in consulting with a number of non-profit and for-profit organizations focused on providing financial services to the unbanked and under-banked around the world. He passionately believes in a future of digital banking that enables delivery of profitable, accessible and relevant financial products to the very poorest people, businesses and communities in the world.

Led development of The Wall Street Journal iPad app in 7 weeks to be available in time for the first iPad launch.
